In the midst of my big move to New York City, I’m cramming a bunch of must-dos before I head out. In short, I’m doing as much FUN IN LA as I could from now until July 11.

One of my must-dos is to take the Amtrak up the coast to Santa Barbara for a relaxing day-cay. Even though Santa Barbara is only 100 miles north of Los Angeles, I’ve never been there! From what I’ve heard it’s simply beautiful with a historic downtown complete with a trolley. There’s a gorgeous beach by a fishing wharf with lots of galleries, shops, and other touristy fun things to enjoy.

While planning my trip, I just had to plan my accessories. And when it comes to accessories, I always look to Kate Spade for the cutest yet affordable designer-ware. Those pink cat eye sunglasses just scream my name and matches so well with the floral scarf and wedges. The bag is actually a diaper bag, but when a diaper bag is that cute, it doubles as the perfect day-cation bag.
